  Highly disappointed at the customer service of staff and owner. There were 6 signs saying half price sale so I asked which shoes were half price no one could help me. I found the owner of the store, who found one pair that was half price so I asked if one pair from the whole store qualifies to send mass emails to this sale which doesn’t exists. It is false advertising and this needs to be stopped. Unacceptable to waste my time and petrol on one option.

  Was really disappointed in the customer service I received the other day. I found the retail assistant to be extremely unhelpful and rude. I decided to purchase my shoes somewhere else and this is not the first time I have heard that the service has not been good at the store and in particular the retail assistant.
