  Useful range of products available and helpful advice from staff. Store is still being updated after expansion and reroofing.

  Most staff are helpful in that they know the store and products well. Recently enlarged area and range to reflect most other mitre 10 stores. Does not do lumber. It is CLOSED Sundays. Yes, closed. A factor seriously unhelpful for diy, and the reason for my low rating.

  The paint department mixed wrong colour paint I didint see it untill I was ready to paint a week later. When I return the paint unused the staff member was more concerned about how they could have got it wrong Ruther than excepting the obvious mistake and made me stand around for ages while she fluffed around Not untill I got stern with her she gave me some service and uventionly got a refund.
