  Since I became a lame homeowner I find myself here a lot. The staff here are top notch especially that guy with the resplendent goatee who often greets you when you come in the door. He knows a lot about heaters. I believe everything these guys tell me as I know nothing. I feel like a man when I come here but I need to sharpen up on my manly aggressiveness in the carpark like the other alphas. The carpark is an absolute zoo - just the ragey bits. The cafe should also get a mention. It's probably the best brunch spot in Upper Hutt and the creamy mushrooms should win some sort of award. I always tell out of towners to visit here

  Pretty good overall. Decent parking and the staff are always helpful. They have a few ex-plumbers and builders on staff that seem to know what they're talking about and can offer useful advice. The staff seem generally more switched on than those at Bunnings, however Bunnings are nearly always cheaper though which is a shame. I guess you get what you pay for.

  Aways very welcoming staff who know the layout of the store so no trouble finding items. Also very nice cafe inside

  Staff are always helpful, they have a under cover playground, suited for kids around 3-8yrs old, which is gated and excellent coffee at the cafe. The selection of goods is always varied which is awesome.
