  Terrible. If I could give this place 0 I would. I was treated like a criminal. Firstly, the attendant would not open the pump without prepaying even though I wished to fill my truck stating it was company policy. I am a regular Mobil customer and have always been able to fill then pay.. Secondly, when pumping gas I noticed that the pump dials started moving about 5 seconds before petrol came out and then at the end the pump stopped giving me gas and the dials kept moving for an extra 40 cents. Thirdly, their was one attendant and we had to wait ages for "service", while waiting other customers were also expressing their dissatisfaction. I visited local friends who said, locals have boycotted the station since the new owners took over 6 months ago because of the BAD SERVICE.

  Terrible service is an understatement..last 3 reviews on this site have all been nothing be bad services from the staff... Not price, not equipment but terrible service from this site!.!! . Went there 6pm this evening, the lady staff called Ramandeep behind the counter couldnt cared less.!!! 6pm on a Saturday........ the pump was already on prepaid, she acted in such a way that customers were a bother to her. Then she told me to use keypad at the pump as soon as she saw I have Mobil Smiles Card. Again she can't be bothered to serve me as a customer. Throughout the whole interaction she did not smile. She kept on saying its a company policy to put pump on prepaid.... Then I am sure the Mobil Company would have a policy for staff to smile and greet to the customer? She then went back and carrying on reading her new paper/magazine. I am a regular Mobil customer using pumps all over upper North Island.. This is my first bad experiences with Mobil and only have the staff Ramandeep to thank for. Very disappointed. If One could score zero out of 5, I absolutely would on this occasion. If she is have a bad evening just cause its a long weekend., then she should not be working as it gives customers bad impression in general. Apparently my experiences is echoed by other customer reviews of this same petrol station!!! I decided not to buy any petrol as service from Ramandeep did not deserve to earn my money. I hope Regional manager of this Mobil site does read these reviews as the trend of bad customer services is consistent.

  Needs to ensure their forecourt has windscreen brushes and water.

  Come in and be treated like a criminal. With only one diesel pump and a very slow person on the counter, only out of town visitors use this place, with locals giving up waiting in the line to pre paid the fuel before the pumps are unlocked. In logoed company vehicle with Mobil fuel card, suggest only use this station if you have no choice.

  Terrible service one stars being generous. No customer service skills whatsoever, rude, broken english couldn't understand even though she was speaking english. Ignorant, displayed behavior like that she couldn't be bothered serving. Wrong job lady go back to making roti!!!
