  Toddy takes the time to listen to his clients request and the studio is vibrant and a feature of Victoria St. I couldn't be more happy with the result and will be going back for on-going work. Monarch Tattoo will definitely be at the forefront of Wellington tattooing.

  Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I have been tattooed by Mike over the last few years and I am stoked with the high quality work he has produced. A talented artist that can tattoo many different styles too!
