  staff makes a mistake and then they expect that person who is sick to come back and pay when its your mistake its your problem that person should not have to come back and pay the difference for staff making mkstakes also 90$ is a blatant rip off wont be back to your appalling service then says i dont have to come back today yet txt says i do quite sad and proves my point that companys such as yourselves only care about one thing and thats money

  Highly recommend this medical centre. The Drs and Nurses are all very caring and they have access to a range of services that I can access then and there on the spot. I have been attending this centre despite where I lived in Canterbury and even when I need to attend a walk in clinic I am not usually waiting more than an hr. Which to me is pretty good considering I just walked in. I highly recommend GPs Vanessa England. She is so caring and so are all the nurses. Very caring and attentive. The receoption staff all of a sudden do seem very overworked and incredibly busy often needing to pause in conversations to put at least 2-3 calls on hold. More reception staff are certainly needed. However despite that Ive always had really good rapport with them and they have always been very helpful.

  I been coming here for a couple of years cause is the only practice I found in that moment able to enroll me. Waits are to die for!! I always wait over an hour and they put people that arrive after you before you if they believe they are more sick which often aren't. Some of the doctors are nice but there is this woman who's isn't that nice both time I been checked by her seems to be bothered by my presence which is really uncomfortable. Don't recommend , if you can pay somewhere else go for it.

  Walked in at 1pm. Seen at 3pm. Reception staff are I need of some customer service training. Abrupt, rude and at times sarcastic. Appear to have little tolerance or empathy. Was told we should perhaps see our gp tomorrow as it would be cheeper. Money was not an issue for us, we needed to be seen. Payment before being seen, is the first out of hours I've been too that ask for that before seeing anyone. Nursing staff, just wonderful. Dr was fantastic and apologetic for the wait. Front line staff let the team down. Would imagine things move faster in an emergency but for general unwell, a little slow.

  Have to wait hours on end. Send to see doctor in the nurses side of the building. Then you can finally see a nurse. People who come in after us are getting helped before us. I find this really disorganised. If you come here, might as well cancel your plans for the day. That is how long you have to wait. Absolutely disgusting!! Will never come here again. If you need any after hours medical assistance then you might as well go to the after hours surgery on madras street, to your own medical centre or a&e in Christchurch hospital. I do not recommend this place at all
