  Nice friendly people but they need training. They don't know how to do there job beyond the basic things.

  i am absolutely in shock and angry with the way i have been treated at this post shop by the lady named Jo, this is not the first time i have experienced a rude behavior from her, she is not confident in her work and every time i go i unfortunately end up being served by her. she accused me to creating illegal document and took back her words, she had wrote my details incorrectly on her computer then accused me saying that i have not provided her with incorrect information. I will diff take this serious matter to else where.

  Jo, was very unhelpful and rude. Being a traveler, I stopped in to send some things home, she had me go to the back of the line twice (understandable) because I had filled out the wrong form. On my second attempt, I asked her what form I needed to fill out. She snapped back that if I didn't know then I should leave. This is not the first time I have had trouble with Jo at this location, there is another post shop and kiwi bank down the street a little further, I recomend that you take your businesses there where you can be greeted with a pleasing smile.
