  One of the worst people to own a Motel. My wife and i could not go to the motel due to a sick son and even after informing the owners 1 week in advance, the owner refused to even give us half of the amount in refund. These guys just want people's money for free. The worst kind of people who have spoilt the reputation of NZ Tourism. Shame on them.
