  Never get service from a lady called Loren there.. she has no customer service skills..and a racist.. apart from that.. everyone else in there great people hana very pleasant and helpful. Even the mechanic was wonderful advised in my best interest.. not only interested in money. I bought twice from here and also did my service and my w.o.f didn't hesitate to pay the bill.. but unfortunately I will not be going back again for the interaction and service communication I received from the elderly lady called Loren. She needs to retire.. I'm sure I am not the only person that has experienced her cold nature and very unwelcoming services and attitude towards paying customers.....

  My girlfriend called to get her scooter serviced. Advised it was a TGB and the lady on the phone said she had no idea what that is. After advising it was a scooter brand the lady said she did not have time for this and told her to call someone else. I can respect not servicing specific brands but not being downright rude about it.

  Medium sized bikeshop selling new and second hand bikes. Small range of accessories and clothing. Friendly and helpful staff.
