::I spent an enjoyable 90 minutes plus in the shop trying several guitars. All the staff were great but a special shoutout to Sofia who, despite professed inexperience, provided the perfect blend of friendliness, helpful suggestions and information, and unobtrusiveness for a great retail experience.
