  Very happy with the service I received. I had an older bike which needed over $300 to bring it up to speed. I told them to just do the back sprockets & new chain to keep me going. When he rang me later in the afternoon he had found another bike from the same era so changed all the parts over that were needed and gave me the old bike as well, as it had a few parts still on it. Pretty stoked as bike is like new. I highly recommend these guys.

  I am very saticfied with the advice and service i received at MyBike Whangarei. They were honoust and straight up with me. No skipping conours. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

  I went to My Bike twice. The first time I had contacted them in advance because I was missing a very small part from my bike. They confirmed that they had the part in stock and when I arrived it was all ready to go. The second time I went I thought I was missing a part for my kickstand, but turns out it was worn down. The guy helping me tried really hard to fix it first before suggesting I buy a replacement kickstand. As you can see, the service was great and the staff was incredibly helpful. It's rare to find someone who will try so hard to fix your item for free before suggesting you spend money.
