  This place is a scam beware!!!!! Similar to the other posts listed in the past few weeks - we had our Auckland accommodation cancelled 3 days before we were supposed to stay, and only because I rang up to question why I had not received any check in details - I got the story that the owner had taken back the property. They then conveniently came up with another apartment available for our given dates which we had to accept given that accommodation in Auckland for fully booked by then. We turned up at 4pm on the Saturday to where the keys were supposed to be located and surprise surprise no keys there and just a whole lot of other people also been left high and dry. We all tried ringing but got not answer - straight to voice mail. We were forced to have to find somewhere for that night at considerable extra cost given that everywhere was booked solid. We had booked this accommodation through holiday homes website back in January. There has still been no contact from the property managers and the calls still go to voicemail. Please do not book any accommodation through air bnb or holiday homes or similar websites that have these guys as the property agents. If you already have a booking with them I would try and cancel and get your money back and find an alternative, or you could be left stranded like we were.

  WARNING!!! Do not use this company. I booked accommodation via AirB&B and paid in full 8-months ago only to arrive in Auckland today and to be told the accommodation was no longer available!! I thought something was up when I hadn’t received an email with check-in details during the week. According to My Hotel, the owner had taken the accommodation back as of yesterday, but their service was so appalling... even if this was true, no one had made any effort to call me or reply to my numerous emails sent over the past 24-hours. We only found out after calling them and they were so unhelpful and uncaring. They made no effort to find us alternative accommodation and really left us in the lurch as not only is Ed Sheeran playing in town (accommodation is near on impossible to find and those available are at a premium) but it is also my husbands birthday!! If you want to avoid a stressful and costly experience then stay clear of My Hotel Auckland.

  If I could give this company ZERO stars then I would, believe me. Absolutely appalling conditions when my husband and I got into the apartment. Rubbish was left in the bins (they obviously hadn't been cleaned out) and this was causing quite a bad smell in the apartment. The bathroom (shower more specifically) had mold in the corners and only 1 towel available. For a 4 day stay and 2 people staying this was absolutely appalling. Do they not read who's staying? Called their night team and got someone who promised that we would get a cleaning refund and someone would call us in the morning to organise this. SHOCK HORROR this NEVER happened. We have sent in countless emails and tried calling many times and no one has bothered to get back to us. Absolutely appalling.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We appointed My Hotel to manage our home for us while away travelling and it was the worst service ever. They started off great when first taking over the property but as soon as everything was set up to go, it all went downhill rapidly. Not replying to emails, damages not being fixed, communication with guests not acceptable, terrible cleaning standards, loosing our linen and then trying to get away with not replacing it. Ended up going into their office in the CBD as they weren't responding to emails and the office was an absolute tip..rubbish, broken desk, bottle of spirits sitting on a desk, just a huge mess and not a good image if they want to show they will look after your property. We came home to a poorly cleaned and not tidy enough house, bins clearly hadn't been put out for pick up for quite some time and were left by the front door stinky and covered in ants, various bits of rubbish and guests belongings through the house, really disappointing. My Hotel had loads of bad Google reviews when we looked them up, however then had them moved over to Manage My Place, a company they merged with, but looks like they've managed to get them removed altogether now. One of the staff, who was a nightmare to deal with put up a 5 star review under her own name and when I questioned her about it, she played dumb and not long after it got removed. I previously saw almost all negative reviews from both guests and home owners, warning, warning, warning!!

  Left here after 2 days, worst place ever. Place was disgusting. Then of course I left my beats headphones there accidentally. 100% sure, no phone call, no reply. Didn’t surprise me. No ac, no tv, signs about drug raids. Just so you know. Wouldn’t trust them at all.
