::The open hours are great for weekend but the customer service here could be improved. There's been a couple of occasions where one lady in particular has been quite rude to me and my family. Don't work in this industry if you are not going to assist people in a friendly manner. I've learnt my lesson now and won't be going here again.

::I always know I will get good service at this branch even though it is so small. I have always been given the best advice and service whether it's postal services, claims, passport photos, Foreign currency orders and banking. They now have a nice new cashflow machine which is in a much better place to access.
