  Been shopping here for 13 years. Now, shopping here is like death by 1000 cuts. The product range has been slowly shrinking. Unstocked shelves in every aisle. The biscuits from the bakery was lacking the ingredients on the label. Yes, items made onsite are exempt, but there was no one in the bakery to tell me(refer pic). Annoyed also that we have to spend time today returning pies sold 10 days after their USE BY date. Management never respond to the questions I leave in the comments box, I provide my email address. Unfortunately, this supermarket is the only one in town that supplies reasonable meat, so kind of stuck, unless we go to two supermarkets or compromise, which I'm not prepared to do . 😠

  Very good staff, car park a bit cramped, good selection of products, fruit and vegetables are very good, but check out can be a headache, but over all if you have the time to wait, very good. Prices well if you want quality you pay for it any where. Thanks Louise.

  It's a small New World, conveniently located with a great selection and good prices. It doesn't have self-serve kiosks, which means it keeps locals employed at the tills. Lots to like about this store.

  More expensive than Countdown. I understand no plastic bags, but why can you not take the basket to the car and return like you would a trolley? Some staff friendly.
