  So often the shelves are empty!! Especially in the produce department. Staff are not overly friendly either.

  Compared to the other New World locations, this one seems to lack a few of my favorite items, but it's an excellent "right in the neighborhood" grocery store.

  It's my local and my fave. Best gluten free section, meat, fresh produce and supplement section in Central Christchurch!

  I have found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The store is always clean and presented well and it’s not often they are out of something I want to buy. Car parking is never an issue and it’s great they have some mini trolleys for the children. I feel that the store is never understaffed and extra check outs are opened with ease when required. New World Stanmore is an asset to the Richmond community.
