This Laundry service is very respectful and professional towards customers. Asked them if they wanted help transferring some laundry into bags and the man said no he's more than happy to do that, and he also struck a good balance between making friendly conversation and taking care of the laundry he was there to deliver and pick up. KPC Laundry take on board little requirements sent to them by email, they are very good at caring about the little details to ensure you have clean laundry and that their pick up and delivery is considerate of your individual needs. They respond to emails promptly and charge a fair reasonable price. It was amazing the way they listened when they were asked not to ring the intercom when delivering and picking up laundry but to ask the shop next door to open the door when it would have been easier just to ignore this and ring the intercom. Thank you for your professional care and for being so good at not overlooking anything when it comes to helping customers have clean laundry whenever they need it. Would definitely recommend you as the go to laundrette in wellington even though other places were not tried, they were also not needed to have been.

This laundry mat is no longer do it yourself, they are now full service. So they wash, fold, dry it for you. It is sooo expensive . Minimum 3kg for $25 and the prices just go up from there. To wash other items, They quoted me $26 to wash a small school backpack as you can't include this with clothes. Ridiculous quotes.

System is difficult to understand. If you're looking for a coin-laundry, here you have to wait in the building for an hour while the service laundry is done before you gain priority to use the machines. "Liquid self serve laundromat" down the road has a simpler system.

Usually no queue, and if there is any, maybe only for the drier as that’s the one that most people go for. Not long though. Maybe 5 minutes wait. The driers are huge so best to bring lots of drying at once & if you’ve got towels, my experience tells me 45-50 mins time is best. There is parking available. Doesn’t use coins (its more expensive than most people have coins for) so you can pay with cash or card. No need to bring your own detergent as its pre-loaded in the washing machines. Don’t be late in picking up your clothes as they may charge $5 i think? For having to take out for you. But I’ve never been charged personally.

Prices aren't too bad for DIY wash and dry. Serviced wash and dry can be a little expensive unless you can afford it, then you're all good. Atmosphere is lovely and friendly staff too :)
