  Really easy to deal with and helpful when I had to return to swap a product I purchased a few months ago. Really appreciated how easy and stress free they made the process and the help I got selecting the right product for me

  Great service, but as they are a small shop the range is a little limited. However, they always do seem to have stock so I've never left empty handed if I've found something I like.

  Just received some great service from the manager Keane and his team. We're really pleased with the deal we got on our new headphones. Really helpful staff.

  Sales persons look disinterested in serving. Should get another job which they are more interested in doing!

  Approached immediately by staff asking to help but when asked basic questions about their products, couldn't answer. Display model of product had run out of power. Was told to come back later. When ready to purchase item, was left waiting at the counter while several staff stood nearby talking until being told off by a manager. Staff member couldn't provide reasons why they were taking personal information not related to the sale/warranty of item. Pretty good selection of products, some at great prices but terrible staff, service and product knowledge
