  i am not happy with your service. I purchased headphones from Lower Hutt branch which didnt suit because they hurt my ears. i went back to exchange for a more expense set. i was refused because it was unhygienic after i used it and their policy is to not take returns. also because it had been opened and therefore could no longer be onsold!!!!! it was pointed out to me that there is a black label on the box that has the no return warning. I did not see this at the time. it is not obvious and i was not told this by the sales rep when i purchased it. it should be part of their sales pitch. i believe that on this occasion there should have been leniency and i should have been allowed to exchange because there was shortcomings from both parties. The manager was adamant that i should have tried the display set to determine its suitability and should have read the box thoroughly before committing. The problem is that the headphones hurt when they are worn for about an hour continuously. Who stands with the display headphones for hours to see if they are going to give pain???????? and who looks at that little black warning sticker?????. iike i said it should have been part of the sales pitch. The manager at that branch was totally inflexible and to be honest was rude because he stood their the whole time with a smirk on his face as if he was enjoying the whole episode. NOT HAPPY...and wont be using them again.

  Shocking customer service rep on today. He should be fired due to his lack of empethatic customer skills that reflects poorly on the company he represents. Dont shop here... they dont refund opened packet headsets. go to queensgate JB Hi fi.. they do and they are cheaper and also offer further discounts. NEVER shopping here again!!! And Ill be telling all my friends and family and posting on all social media websites as well.

  A typical home appliance and tech store. Good pricing and service. This store might suffer from a lack of parking in the immediate area.

  For your own sake never bye anything from this store rubbish service if you need anything fixed it takes forever NO communication from their side what a joke

  This was a surprisingly good experience, they handled my phone warranty repair with kindness and generosity, and were totally willing to be flexible to suit me. Would definitely do Noel leeming again.
