  My son went to the post office to collect the money transaction that we had made for him. He was refused because his name on the one piece of paperwork has his pre name and on another had his pre and middle name hence the refusal. My son was left with no money for food and no money for a hostel so slept outside. Why couldn't the lady sort this out with a couple more questions and checks. I am angry. My son said the lady was nice about it so he didn't complain.
