  Our young family recently stayed here due to the close proximity to the Mt Smart stadium venue. The place was amazing. The service from everyone from the reception to housekeeping was first class. Will definitely be staying here again next time we come up

  All you can eat buffet is amazing! Great garden... Lovely family destination. Great menu. Friendly staff.

  Friendly atmosphere, very busy , but staff still attentive and helpful. Had problem with door to room. Key card failed 3 nights in a row. Each time card was replaced no problems, but had to retrace steps to reception. Eating from the bar menu was prompt, in comparison to the restaurant. No complaints on the food. Rooms comfortable and quiet.

  Attended a conference today. Front desk very friendly, great customer service. Restaurant staff (women) sadly let you down tables not cleared of used crockery, kept running out of milk on coffee machine. Ran out of food at lunch time buffet. Had to go & find staff to resolve our issues. I expected a higher level of service 😟
