  The car got a bad windscreen chip. We took it to Novus Glass and within 20 minutes they had it repaired to WOF standard. The receptionist was knowledgeable, cheerful and confident, and gave us a full report. I would definitely always use this glass repair business as my first choice.

  Thank you Novus Petone for the excellent and professional service. The side window of an Iveco truck is not an easy job yet it was done quickly, professionally and with no fuss and bother. Service above and beyond. Keep it up.

  The team at Novus Glass Petone are exceptional. The service and the job was of high quality. I have a bmw and they are not easy to fit windscreens (let alone everything else). They noticed that a wrong seal was used on the old windscreen and took the time to show me what they did and how they used the correct seal. Ash is a real asset. Great work team.

  3rd time we have been to Novus (Petone) for windscreen replacements, and once (Rotorua) for a chip repair, which another company said id have to replace the whole windscreen. I could not recommend them more highly. they always manage to fit us in within a couple of days, perfect and fast service every time. Lovely friendly staff, who go the extra mile. Great prices also. We will be back, not that we plan to have any broken windscreens, but Novus will always be our go to! Thanks Heaps guys.
