::Absolutely no service from staff in paraparaumu store even though others that came in after me were acknowledged, I had to resort to ringing the store phone to ask for what I wanted whilst standing in the store sadly I never sgot to spend my $150 on shoes

::Served by, "Susan 1", on 1/2/2020. Susan was exceptionally helpful & cheerful, she knew exactly what I was looking for as she raced around the shop, bringing shoes for me to try on. Susan was also familiar with sizing, offering different sizing in different brands. Delighted with my 2 pairs of shoes. Very highly recommended.

::Exceptional service. On Saturday I arrived from Palmerston North on my way to Wellington and realised I left my shoes. I have a narrow foot and small sizing.I had the dress and she was very tolerant and patient in finding Cinderella the right shoe to fit. Highly recommend.
