  Pretty disappointing experience i must admit. After first dropping my phone off to get a screen replacement and a new battery I got home to notice that the screen was faulty and was not working 100%. I rang NZ tech solutions to sort it out and they agreed to replace it. On the other hand the new battery to put it kindly is really bad, made a slight difference for a couple of days but now its the same as what i had before, maybe even worse. I drove back to Tauranga a few days later (1 hour drive) to get it replaced, they said it would take them 2 hours to diagnose it and then 2 hours to replace it. I was not happy about that as i cant just go home then come back so showed him the ole 10 second diagnosis showing exactly how it doesn't work then he agreed to just replace it straight away thankfully. The complementary screen protector they put on was also the worst job I've ever seen, crooked and bubbles all through it
