  Competitive prices, friendly people and good service. The only thing that detracts from this being an excellent service is the time taken to pick up a car after arriving at an airport (Wellington). While the Omega Rental Car depot is only a four minute drive from the airport, it was close to 45 minutes from the time I contacted Omega Rental's shuttle service to when I drove my rental car out of their depot. I'm more used to 2 -10 minute transaction times with Hertz, Avis, Europcar etc, but fortunately I wasn't in too much of a hurry on this occasion. I would certainly use Omega Rental Cars again, however my decision to do this would have to take this time factor into account.

  The pick up from the airport was very efficient. The car was immaculate and exactly what we had booked. The car went well. The return of the car was handled efficiently and quickly and we were dropped off at the airport in a timely manner. A huge plus for using Omega Car Rentals is there is a fuel station directly opposite their depot and the fuel price compares well with those outside of the Wellington City Boundaries.

  Omega was recommended to us by a New Zealand family member. Prices were really reasonable, car was older but comfortable and in good shape. Paperwork was easier than any car rental company I've ever dealt with! You're in and out with your car in no time. So nice! Employees were very helpful and friendly. You are shuttled to your car and back to airport. Very impressed with this company. If we need a rental in the future, Omega will be our choice.

  Excellent service, nice friendly people. The car was simple ( that's what I had ordered) but nicely presented, clean and tidy. We were picked up at the airport and later, when we returned the car, we were dropped off at the airport as well. Really can't be happier with this service and my overall experience was just great. Will definitely use them again, thanks guys!!

  We received awesome service from Omega Rental Cars in Wellington. They picked us up from the Airport with in about 5 minutes of calling. The car we rented was a late model Toyota and in excellent condition. The pickup and drop off process was ‘n breeze and the price was great compared to other rental companies. I highly recommend Omega Car Rentals in Wellington. Awesome job guys, keep it up!!
