  We recently rented a car from Omega in Wellington & returned the car to their depot near Auckland airport. Both my husband & I were totally impressed with the wonderful service at Wellington & Auckland. Staff were extremely helpful, customer service was best we have seen in awhile, Very quick, very thorough & excellent prices. We would use them again & highly recommend to our friends to use them too, Thanks Omega.

  We were very happy with our Omega car and car rental experience. In comparing prices, they had the best deal, but they did not skimp on their service. We were picked up at our hotel in Wellington and taken to their center and dropped at our hotel in Auckland after returning the car because it was raining. Filling out necessary paperwork and getting our questions answered was easy and drop-off was very easy. The car was very clean, and we had no mechanical problems with it. We would definitely rent from Omega again.

  Great experience ! after a couple of hiccups with their call centre the rental experience was a dream. The car was "well used" so there was no stress about the odd stone chip I've had with other car rentals. Mechanically it was perfect everything worked well, they obviously have some good mechanics. The free city centre pick up and return to our hotel made things easy and we appreciated Ian's advice about out trip and some less common places that were worth a visit. We will be using their ferry booking and car swap service on our next trip - smart marketing by Ian whilst returning us to our hotel.

  We decided to hire a car to see Wellington whilst on a day stop on our P&O Cruise. We were picked up by Omega at the port, and dropped off after returning the vehicle. The car was excellent (new and in perfect condition); we also got GPS and an upgrade. The value for money was incredible. We would 100% recommend Omega for their professionalism and value for money. Hiring a car to see the sights is a brilliant way to make the most of a day stop in Wellington whilst cruising and I can't believe more people don't do it. It's such an easy city to get around by car.

  The entire process of renting a car, right from the pick up to North-South island transition was seamless. The cars provided were of really good quality, with exceptional interiors and mileage.
