Michael builds a programme for me that focuses on my needs but he also listens to my wishes. I have an ongoing back issue that causes me a lot of pain and discomfort and can make certain movements very uncomfortable. Michael is constantly educating himself regarding my condition and helping me to better understand how I can improve my movement and reduce the pain not only at the gym but also in my daily life.
