  I have a pair of Laziboy chairs that are malfunctioning. Jims assistance in accessing the repairs, offering a solution (that didn't involve repairs, hence nothing in it for him - this time) was above and beyond what I expected let alone what I'm used to. Although no work will be carried out on this occassion I intend using his services in the near future and have absolutely no doubt in recommending Jim as a man of integrity and an excellent craftsman.

  My other half and I were travelling around NZ in a campervan we bought. We decided we needed some extra storage space so dropped into Optimum Trim. They had a look at the van and came up with good solutions to add storage above head and to the side. Turned the work around in an hour at a great price. Would highly recommend!
