  We have had two tops made by Pacific Stone. Very professional and easy to work with - nothing was to much effort. Exceptionally helpful when trying to make the decision on which product to use. Highly recommend.

  Thanks for the magnificent job and a great price Pacific Stone! The bench tops look amazing and fit like a glove inside the kitchen walls. Perfection! So glad we put in the extra money for stone bench tops. They are like the jewels in a crown. It was a real pleasure dealing with all staff members of the Pacific Stone company. Murray Davies, the template maker guy, and the two installers Neville and Andrew. Every one of them skillful and friendly people who deliver excellent work and treat the customer with respect.   Hi Murray and the Team, When we began looking for bench tops for the new kitchen we were installing, it seemed like a minefield – lots of different companies, products, prices and advice (often contradictory). We decided on using Pacific Stone because we got, no nonsense, practical advice and a competitive quote. Throughout the process from concept to installation, we have found Pacific Stone to be nothing but professional and understanding, especially around the delays caused by me taking much longer than originally planned to install the kitchen. 10 days ago I was finally in a position to have the ‘templating’ done and the staff at Pacific Stone were quick to respond and the template was completed 2 days later. We have had our new bench tops installed today (only 6 working days later!) and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I just want to congratulate you and your staff on an all round fantastic service. The kitchen looks a million dollars and was exactly what we requested. The experience has been outstanding, from the initial showroom consultation, there has been awesome communication along the way, the templating was fast, helpful, friendly and accurate. Installation was carried out today and the guys were fantastic – punctual, polite, efficient and extremely professional. They provided very helpful tips and advice along the way and had the installation done (including a good tidy afterwards) in under 5 hours. Could we be more pleased? No Would I whole heartedly recommend Pacific Stone to anyone and everyone? Yes! Thanks again for everything. Colin and Lesley Lawrence.
