  If this is Pak N Sav Tamatea, then I'm sorry but I find it hard to do my shopping there. For me they have so many items missing. I wanted a tin of smoked muscles and smoked oysters. The Woman told me that they were in the plastic pots by the Deli? I tried to tell her that they normally are in a stainless steel tin and are used for dips etc. Her reply that she'd never heard of them, and it's the same with other products. I dislike the new store, the floor is incredibly dangerous especially when it is wet. I can't reach anything on the top shelves. New World suits me just fine! Their staff talk to us, know us by name and are incredibly helpful and professional. I don't drive, sometimes I used to ring Pak N Sav to see if they had a certain product and what is the price. Pak N Sav refuse to tell you the answers to those questions! So.... I'm certainly not going to waste a Taxi fare to go all the way up there to see for myself.

  Lots of Parking. Good trolleys. Friendly staff. Probably could do with more tills or self serve tills, most times I have had to queue. Greet product selection

  I really enjoy the shopping experience at this store - it has become my store of choice since the major renovation. There is an excellent array of products, well laid out with spacious aisles, good value and service. I'd love to see Hummingbird decaf coffee on the shelf.
