  Tried to do a funds transaction from a account to pay into another and was told no we can't do that you have to do it your self-online time to change banks.

  Terrible front counter staff member, I was polite but she fobbed me off and gave me lame excuse why my package was missing, without offering help. Wish I had a her first name to give NZpost a heads up on lazy staff.

  Not good was my trun next and both lady's left and I was waiting for 20 mins to get served nobody was there but me and no phone calls came in at the time

  Bad customer service experience. The lady was quite rude and seemed quite annoyed.
