  I rarely write Google reviews but feel a moral obligation to warn people about the service here, especially during holiday periods/the time leading up to Christmas. This review refers only to Paper Plus as an agent for NZ Post. Worst possible customer service from lazy and/or undertrained staff not willing to a) take accountability for fallible systems, or b) apologizing for when said systems fail. Empathy and a willingness to help go a long way. Telling a customer you're going to 'try to remember' to follow up on something is an absolute joke... Put a bloody Post It note on your forehead and do a bit of leg work for your customers. Having to 'talk down' a manager verbally pointing the finger at absolutely everybody else other than her business is a ridiculous way to go about things. Wasting your customers time by parroting that the issues 'aren't Paper Plus' fault' over and over and over again when no accusation of this was made in the first place is incredibly toxic. A simple apology and an offer to help would save everybody a lot of time and heartache. I hope more training and support to the staff here is made available because this place seems miserable.
