::Staff refused to accept a parcel for delivery that had postage prepaid online. In doing so they picked up the parcel & threatened that if I left the parcel there, that they will throw it onto the street. I have contacted NZ Post Group CEO David Walsh to get this sorted. You do not threaten to throw a customers parcel & honestly expect to get away with it.
