  We had Paramount Pest Control come in to sort out a bed bug problem in one of our hostel rooms, they always said they were gonna come in for a follow up but never did, over the last 6 weeks the problem has come back 2 times, trying to get them to come back in is almost impossible as they never answer their phone, completely unprofessional. They ended coming in the 2nd time but still no follow up next week to see if the treatment had worked. They've lost us money and I would not recommend using them whether you're a business or home.

  I called this company when I moved out of my flat. We have an agreement with the landlord to clean the carpets and treat the place for Fleas when we move on. I usually use another company, however since they didn't return my call in time I phoned around and booked this crowd. They provided a good service at short notice. They were punctual and polite. The landlord is happy and we will keep their business card for the next time I need a pestie. Highly recommended.

  We've recently noticed our children complain from unusual allergic reactions. Our youngest used to wake with itchy bites and rash on her arms and tummy. We suspected we may have a bed bug infestation and an allergy test confirmed it. We consulted Paramount pest control Auckland. They swiftly came to inspect the property and verified that we had in fact discovered an infestation and suggested a suitable treatment. Following the treatment they applied, our children never displayed the reactions again. We are very grateful for the help and advice we received and the fast service they provided. We can highly recommend this company.
