  I would give them a 0 if I can. Avoid at all costs. A bunch of ill-advised insurance advisers, What's the use of paying discounted premiums when you can't make any claims especially when it really matters the most? Avoid at all costs. I've emailed them to cancel my polices, and each time, their replies are always a week late, and I STILL CAN'T CANCEL MY POLICY. I will be lodging a complaint via the IFSO. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Got work Insurance plan and Partners Life are refusing point blank to cancel our policy. Fraudulent and Unethical Company, SCAM Alert. Dodgy and Dishonest!!

  Terrible customer service, extremely slow to reply to claims and often dont reply at all....

  Partners Life is a Great NZ Owned Insurance Company. I am an Insurance Adviser and I have my own Cover with them. They have been FANTASTIC to deal with, with my own claims, and for each and every claim of our clients. They have very comprehensive products which generally means more opportunity to claim. To all those who have had a negative experience with Partners Life I would say that mishaps do happen of course and it is sad that you have had a bad experience, but I can say for a certainty that if you get decent advice from a diligent Insurance Adviser up front, you will have a nice experience with this company.

  Have my insurance through this company. Have had a couple of claims and they've been great. A friend of mine had a car accident recently and was also insured with them. He said they were amazing and he got a payout way more than he thought he was entitled to. Apparently the additional benefits in his policy enabled him to get the enhanced payout. Glad I'm with them.
