  Stay away from using services of this company/branch if you can. Unfortunately I have multiple experiences with them so far, all horrible.

  My package has been here for days now according to the tracking. Still not delivered.

  It has taken far too long for delivery to happen. Was told it would be delivered yesterday, wasn't, isn't here today. Managed to pick one parcel of 2 up but they couldnt find the other parcel, even though it has been scanned into their store...

  The worst company I've crossed for the long time! They don't even deserve that one star. If you could, chose someone else. Seriously.

  An item I ordered was sent to the Cromwell branch and the tracking said that it was just sitting there. I called customer service who then asked the Cromwell PBT Branch where my item was, which they then replied with, "We are not going to look for them". I am absolutely gobsmacked at how unprofessional this company is and If I had not called up and asked where my item was, it would have never actually left the Cromwell branch. I will do everything in my power to avoid using PBT Courier again.
