  Pre nice and fancy, staff are very nice towards people and helping. Nice rooms and great scenery of the lake and nountains. A quick walk down to the main town of Queenstown. Only downside is that, there isn't Much car parking available here.

  The location of this place is perfect, bedding and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. However it could be a lot cleaner especially the sofa, kitchen and carpet. We also had to call housekeeping everytime to come and give us fresh towels etc. and this was at 5pm.

  We had a lovely stay, customer service was brilliant, the room was excellent. It has amazing views and is so close to town. Our family loved our holiday and would love to come back.

  Great customer service. Rooms a re spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

  It's getting in need of refreshing everything as it is showing it's age. It is in a great spot. The loose paving stones spit mud up the back of the legs in the wet. Not good when one is dressed for going out. The room cleanliness was below standard. Staffing issues apparently.
