  I explained to the lady in detail what I wanted, got exactly the opposite! After I told her I'm not happy and she should fix it, she just offered me a lower price for the cut!?! Another lady had to take over from her to fix it. They will definitely never see me again!!

  Worst haircut ever. Took my 5 year old son in and it looked ok when we left but after we washed it it has cutting line marks from the razor all over. Now having to take him somewhere else to get it fixed.

  Absolutely perfect! I saw the asian lady that was in there, and she worked with pure skill and experience. Got exactly what I wanted. The most smooth and well operated hairdresser I've had, by far. Thank you.
