  5 stars for Twm Capes! My first trip I’ve booked with him was a 3 week trip in NZ with kiwi experience. He helped me figuring out where to go, which activities and accommodations to book. He added me on fb, so communication was super easy and fast (he always even replied on his days off!). He answers all necessary questions and in any case something needs to get changed, he will still be there for you along your trip! As this booking with him was fully uncomplicated and I was absolutely pleased with everything we decided to do, I also booked a 5 week East Coast Trip of OZ with him straight after. Although planning this long trip on such a short notice, he managed to book the greyhound bus, accommodation and activities in no time. I gave him more or less freedom in what to book and don’t regret to do so. You can trust this guy 100% to make your trip unforgettable. Thank you Twm! Franzi

  We booked a Trip to Wai-o-Tapu and they wrote us the departure times down on our Flyer. But when we were at the Pick-Up point 20min in advance the Shuttle had already left because they wrote down the wrong times... So we had to figure out how to come back on our own and paid this expensive shuttle for nothing. And we didn't got a refound!!! I will never ever book again with Peterpans...

  Twm in Rotorua was such a little ledge! He embodies what a travel agent should be. So very informative, extreeemely helpful. Lovely lad.

  Super nice staff with loads of info on New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and Asia! We're able to price beat anything I had seen else where and gave great recommendations of what to see and do :)

  The most helpful travel agents you will ever come across ! Chloe is out of this world amazing at her job and a lovely person to deal with. We arrived one Saturday morning with no plan just an idea that we wanted to fly to Fiji in the next few days. Chloe made it happen, she gave incredible advice and helped us design a custom made Fiji trip! We had to leave Rotorua before everything was finalized but Chloe kept in touch via email keeping us up to date. She managed to pull it all together in such short time and we had the most amazing trip EVER! Great travel agent and amazing staff!!
