  Such an Irresponsible and Dishonest Owner EVER 😡😡😡 Since it is a provider for a major insurance company, I trusted and used it. But I found it was totally wrong..... I am not going tell you the whole stories. David gave me so many excuses which were easily found they were not true and so appalling. Only I wanted was an sincerity and apologies from him not lies.   Phoenix did a repair on my car. The car was road worthy but didn't look to great when you looked just a little closer. It seems they are not too concerned about the quality of the second hand parts they put in a car. The light coat of paint that they put over corrosion on the radiator and other pipes just fell off after two weeks. This area of the car has been looking unsightly ever since. I approached Phoenix a couple of times about rectifying the issue but it was always inconvenient and I got fobbed off. I would never go back.

  I have used Phoenix Panel and Paint on several occasions and have always found Dave and his team to be friendly and helpful. They do a great job too! Highly recommended.
