We had a number of photographs to be sent overseas which are to be reproduced in a book that will be published shortly. Jacob, at Photo Expresso could not have been more helpful and obliging. The quality of the scanned photos were such that the publisher of the book intends to make a special acknowledgment to Jacob in the acknowledgment section of the book. Valda Ford, Wellington

Once you get past the oddness of the photo and coffee shop in one place this is a great place to have coffee. Super friendly staff, plenty of tables for meetings, not too loud and good quality reliable coffee.

I would not use this organisation unless you want your pictures ruined. We got two signed prints from Sophie blocker framed. When we picked the pictures up the signature had been covered, the boarders had been covered in some places by the mat. I took it back and advised that the mat was covering the signature and some sides of the boarder. We thought it had been kind of rectified as the organisation would not honour replacing our ruined picture. If you looked closely you could see where the photo had been stretched from where the mat had been pulled off. The saga continues ... we moved house, the movers unfortunately broke the glass. We noticed that the print had strips of tape where the mat had been removed. I took it back, silly me, due to them having done the framing in the first instance. They couldn't find the measurements so asked me to measure the frame which I did. Then I received and email to bring the picture in that it would take about an hour to put the glass in. I arrived and the manager told me she had to pick up the glass! bearing in mind I drove to Wellington as its a massive picture and frame. Then the glass was picked up, they told me I had given them the wrong measurements, I said I did not I was asked for the frame measurements which I emailed, I also said how would I know the glass measurements when it was broken! they ordered new glass. I raised the tape which could be seen, the manager said she would check to see if it would yellow over time. I said that is all well and good but our print has been marred by your staff. They refused to rectify it saying that it would not yellow (completely missing the point that we had a new signed print ruined by her staff last year) I picked the picture up yesterday, what I discovered when I got home was fluff and dirt stuck to the strip of tape put on by her staff last year. This was under the glass, not only that it looks like they put a strip of tape on the picture which has discoloured it in a nice vertical strip all at eye level. The shop refuses to replace our signed picture. We have been extremely patient and accepting but this is the final straw with the damage and the dirt stuck to the picture under the frame. DO NOT USE THIS STORE they made so many mistakes and only ever partially fix them. We now have two pictures with tape on them and one with dirt stuck to it and with the pictured ruined from what I can only assume is tape. The manager had the cheek to blame that on us and advised that we knew about the tape.

Hardly get this kind of service anywhere nowadays. All the stuff were super cool, helpful and friendly. Printing 10 passport photos got just $1. And you can even grab a coffee while they do all these got you. Highly recommend.
