::Absolutely shocking customer service, I took my camera in after having damaged it for them to get repairs done. Finally get my lens back after them saving the body was fine. It wasn't, the shutter doesn't half click so I can't focus. I now have to file another insurance claim because of the lack of experience from their workers. Will never buy from here again.

::They've got some good gear in this shop but are a pretty rude bunch of salespeople. I'm not sure what their problem is with people trying to spend lots of money in their store. But if you can possibly go somewhere else you should.

::Great camera store with lots of stock. We live in Wellington and have been to their shop several times and bought a few camera gear and lenses. Unfortunately the staff are unfriendly, sarcastic and at times rude (except one of them, but sadly I have not seen him for more than a year, he sold us a lens and he was genuinely friendly and honest). If you ask more than one question about a lens or tripod head the guy who seems to be the manager will be a little angry at you sort of as if you have come to their shop to argue with him, but in fact we are photography lovers and would wish to see this shop in business. They really need to revamp their customer service staff, send this rude guy to work backstage and hire a well mannered guy or gal who knows about customer service.

::Always friendly and helpful. Harriette always goes over and above for my photo needs and gives me good advice about the products - canvases, finished of photos. Iโve been a customer for over 5 years, and donโt go anywhere else to get photos printed.
