5 stars because I got what I needed. Take your own tools. Help yourself to whatever you need because nobody else will. Take water to drink on a hot day because the place is arid and hot. The prices seemed reasonable.

Always cool, little parts like bulbs fittings can be expensive, and quickly add up. Great selection always so it's really the first stop if looking for a part.

It's good to have a wreckers that you can walk into and find parts yourself! Most parts are for older model cars but their stock is refreshed regularly and displayed on their website so you know if they have the car your looking for or not. They also pay a fair amount for cars in any condition. However the price system for the parts is quite flawed and is only sometimes fair and reasonable. For example I was looking for a 1998 BMW grill and because the BMW grills are two separate parts that make up one grill they charged me for each half of the grills separately whereas if I had brought an Audi grill or any other grill for that mater I would have only been charged once.

Oh Pick A Part, how I have a love hate relationship with you. The smell of dirty oil, the wet mud and the high vis vest! You can't beat an experience like that! Being under a car trying to undo some rusty bolts that you can barely reach as some petrol mix water slowly drips on your forehead - yeah I'll pass on that. You must visit, have a walk around and if your after a set of brake lights perfect! If you are after a rear engine mount - probably worth your time and money going to another wrecker.

If you're a petrol head, when you walk through the door at Pick a Part, you can hear angels singing. Take a deep breath because the amount of cars is overwhelming! Your tool box will be searched when you enter and leave and you need a high-viz vest. $2 entry fee. Look at the wall to your right before you enter and you'll see a price list.
