  The staff and service is horrible. I waited at the counter to order, staff continues to do what she was doing infront of me without even looking at me, I had to call her, then attended with a sour face as if I was asking some favours from her. Nil greeting or a smile on her face. Then I went back to collect same staff was at the counter looked at me did not say a word , I waited for 7 minutes which I timed then when turned around and got me the pizza which was already in the box ready to pick up. The management need to train your staff how to treat the customers. Never going to go back their again. NB: I love the pizzas from pizza hut and will continue to eat your pizzas but from a different shop.

  $5 pizzas are great. Staff are friendly, and pizzas are always on time as ordered online.

  Ordered pizza delivery online 3 hours early to ensure no waiting. Got a call half an hour before delivery to say they do not deliver as they have no drivers. Went to store address o receipt and was told that is the wrong store! Called the right store and was told it was a technical glitch no reason other than they are useless at communicating, the storebtyat had the wrong address was actually 15mins closer to me. Had to drive and pickup my delivery pizzas 1 hour late and cold... useless
