::Ordered pizza online to be ready in 20min, they call with 2 minutes left as I am entering the store to tell me there is no pork left. Would not recommend to anyone, bunch of time wasters. No apology or compromise was even suggested.

::I have never seen anything more disgusting from a manager. This poor girl was training and a manager blamed the girl when a customer was yelling hysterically. Seeing not only a customer but the manager also yelling at a staff in front of everyone is disgusting, that’s not the way you deal with a situation. I went and told the girl she was doing a good job and not to worry about the manager who was obviously shoved in the position cause he’s been working there the longest and couldn’t get a job elsewhere. I’ve never seen such poor managerial skills. Managers are there to support a team they’re not hired cause they know how to do everything. I hope this guy gets what’s coming to him or gets fired. I will not support such an establishment and will promote my disgust for it on other forums.

::I visited your Pizza Hut on Sunday and attended by the duty manager called Baljeet. At first place, he was least bother to greet the customer and was confused to make a deal as I wanted to take a lunch deal. I clearly asked for garlic and chilli sprinkle over my pizza but fortunately or unfortunately he did not put. When I asked to put some, he brought the containers on the front desk and sprinkled without even any apologies and thank you. Over all it's was a very bad customer service by a nerd manager. All these thing just spoil the brand reputation.

::As far as pizza hut goes it is very good. I have yet to have a mix up in my order or any bad pizzas. The new upgrade to the shop is nice and refreshing. Lots more seats and an actaul table to eat at. Can't give it a 5 star because even though it can be cheap; which is a good thing, there is no real menu for nicer pizzas.
