  I don't know if Pizza Hut is under new management or whether it is new staff that are poorly trained. The last couple of deliveries have been absolutely shameful. The first one, the driver had dropped my pizza and simply shoved it back into the box, fluff and rubbish and all, and then had the audacity to question whether I'd paid for it already or not! No apology for being late or explanation for the dinged box! I complained online to the store and I was given an apology and a free extra with my next order, which went well and all. I ordered again today, hoping that other time was just a fluke, but it seems this is going to be the norm from Pizza Hut from hereon. The delivery guy was 10 minutes late with a half-assed mumbled apology and a smile. I'm sorry but Pizza Hut Johnsonville will not be seeing another dollar from me.

  I was in queue & only one counter was open & when the tall indian girl opened another counter to serve the customers then she started taking order from the people who came after me. She is so irresponsible & bad customer service. I left shop without ordering pizza. I will strongly suggest people not to visit here.

  My dear friends and customers please do not ever visit this Pizza Hut branch. You will get ripped off of your money. The cheese used is moldy and the bread base is soggy and under-cooked. I have purchased from this place many times and the quality consistently remains bad. An order for a pizza here is simply an order for a soggy base with stale cheese and sauce splattered on top. They do not put any meat on top at all.

  DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT BRANCH! Upon ordering the most expensive $14 deluxe pizza option, you would expect to get a decent amount of meat/topping. However this branch will only give you a baked base with sauce splattered on top with hardly any meat or topping on it at all. The staff are very unfriendly and do not follow health and safety guidelines surrounding food handling. They do not wear hair nets and prod your pizza with their bare hands without wearing gloves. The owner is a very stingy cheap minded rat who is tarnishing the Pizza Hut brand.

  Always busy and the waiting time is around 15 to 20min. Cheese pizza is very nice but my favourite is vegan pizza. Great service
