  The worst! We waited for 40 minutes (in store) all while asking the staff every 10 minutes if our order was ready. They assured us that it’s coming, there’s just a lot of people before us. After about 10 people who came in after us was gone, we tried to ask again and it turns out they forgot our order! The manager kept giving me a coke and kept telling me to calm down. I was trying to tell him I don’t drink coke but he cut me off with an annoyed, “JUST GIVE US 7 MINUTES OKAY!” Absolutely will never come again

  Pizza hut had never failed to disappoint me back in Christchurch, but yikes, Dunedin is a whole different story! Their pizza lacks toppings, especially cheese. They literally didn't care to give cheese. The only generous amount of topping was the sad marinara pizza sauce. I'm appalled. Stick to homemade pizza y'all!

  don't usually get angry at a food place like this before. The manager is the worse you will be alright if your order is good. but when it's wrong the customer is wrong in every circumstance and they're willing to tell you

  ordered the wrong pizza, immediatly called to change the order and the guy said the pizza was already ready. They must make the pizza at ligthspeed or they make a whole bunch and reheat. Anyway the pizza tasted like a pile of dog turd. I know because i have eaten some before do not recommend.

  Absolute shitshow. The pizza was missing half of the toppings that it should have come with; no pineapple, red capsicum or pesto sauce. I asked for a normal tomato base -- which was explicitly mentioned on the receipt -- but they gave me the novelty spiced fruit base. When I picked it up, the big, fat-headed lightweight that served me was slurring his words and starring into space. Not sure what was going on there. I usually go to the Domino's down the road but I thought I'd try out something from Pizza Hut's new range. Big mistake! I'll be laying a complaint with the management of this joint, in the hope that no one else has to get ripped off like I did. I know it's just a couple of pizzas, but it ruined what was, up until that point, the best Sunday of the year. Stay away from this cesspit. Believe me!
