::Ordered online for delivery and pre paid, 2 hours later and 3 phone calls (plus one call where they hung up one me) to the store they said it would be there soon, i called for the last time and asked for the manager they said they received no order for my name delivery. had to drive down and try to get my money back. i asked 3 times for my money back and the manager started listing off the options and i said very clearly i would like my money back. He wasn't listening , i got so annoyed and over it i just said i will take a voucher as soon as i said that he piped up ran off and got me vouchers. very disappointed.

::Disappointed by the service this afternoon. Attracted by the $3.99 regular pizzas, I ordered two. After a while I noticed the $12 I was being charged and I pointed out the problem to the sales guy. He grinned. "Regular" I insisted. "Oh, regular", he agreed. "Yes. Regular.": a meeting of minds. He picked up three pans, and pointed to the most modest. (I was genuinely in awe of the acrobatic skills). "Like this one?". "Yes, Regular. Listen, sir, I recognise that the sign outside was a tender to treat and not an offer, but your attitude is starting to become disrespectful. I want regular." Still the grin, and the waving pans. "Most people..." the grin became a demanding leer "... order the large." I put my money back in my pocket and walked out of the place. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Pizza Hut don't seem to go in for online reviews (quelle surprise!) and google didn't turn up much beyond some NZ Herald stories about dodgy food preparation practices. I'll keep looking for other places to express my opinion, but, in the meantime, consider: if they treat their customers like this at the counter, how will they serve you out of sight behind the pizza ovens?
