  This is the type of place where you could pre-order two hours before you want the pizza to arrive, and it will still be 30 minutes late. Literally ever order I've got they've forgotten something (I'm not exaggerating, 5 times in a row now). Staff barely speak English so they have no idea what you're saying. Incredibly and unfathomably useless. I will be eating Dominos from now on, and I don't even like Dominos. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

  Poor customer service, store in really bad condition. I wanted to have lunch with my fam but it was really stinky and with staff doing any other things rather than paying attention on what I wanted to order. I will order online from another store next time

  i got really disponted and the pizza was dry not enough chesse and not enough sacue and they hanged up the phon in my face and this it the thrid time them severs has been the same and i do not know what has happed to there severs but i hope that there severs gets better like befor

  Ordered for delivery last night at 6:15pm to be delivered at 7:30pm (after a hard day of moving furniture about). At 8pm still hadn't received my order, so attempted to ring the store - the line was constantly engaged - I kept trying till 8:30. At that point I was so hungry that I ordered from Dominos for pick up and was back home with food within 15 minutes. At 8:45pm I got a text from Pizza Hut saying my order was on the way - like it was perfectly normal to deliver a meal that late. The delivery person knocked on the door at 9pm - 1.5 hours late - he claimed to know nothing about how late it was. I have no idea why they offer a delivery service if they can't actually deliver food in a reasonable amount of time. No other business is that appalling when it comes to delivery. I had problems last time I ordered from them as well. It's like a game of Russian roulette ordering food from Pizza Hut as to whether you will actually get it or not.

  Our order didn't show up, so we rung the store and they said they couldn't find the address. They sent out new pizzas, but then on arrival provided us with incorrect order. Took two hours all up :(
