::Receptionist recommended I travel to Hawkes Bay from Wellington for a doctors visit and wouldn't offer costs of a nurse consult. - Her Attitude was repulsive, insensitive to the matter and unwarranted. I asked for an email to be sent me with costs and she proceeded spelling out the email address of the clinic. Rudely, hung up after 3 and half minutes. (she did not want to be on the phone) so why then is she a receptionist at your clinic? - I don't usually go out of my way for a review but warranted. (21/07/2020)
