  Due to time out during the booking process we accidentally booked our room twice and did not realise until we checked in and were told. We were charged for the extra room even though we did not use it. The room we stayed in was over priced for what it was. The security was very poor, our exterior door handle was missing screws both inside and out, the window catches were old fashioned and the door opened outwards and had a very simple lock. I must ssy that the bed was very comfortable. However due to the poor response to our accidental over booking we will not stay at this hotel again

  I booked 7 rooms for 4 days early February for a National Sporting Tournament - During these tournaments the athletes are given a strict Menu that assists us in ensuring their energy levels are right. With the menu comes a lot of preparation and cooking. I was told at the time of booking that each room we booked had ovens. When I arrived at the motel, their interpretation of an oven was a "stove top". Due to this - we have to rearrange the whole menu, this meant we lost roughly $400-$500 worth of food. Little things to note - the spa was out of order, one of the doors on one of the rooms was broken, each room wasn't equipped with the correct amount of cutlery, cups ect. Bathrooms weren't very hygienic, and we had no hot water on the Saturday night. I booked the BBQ area for 2 events and when I went to ask how I can access the area, they said they didn't have one, and was handed a hobman to cook a BBQ for 30 people. We were told things would be fixed, they definitely weren't. The accommodation is right next to a night club - music pumps until 2-3 in the morning and you can hear everything. I left a book on my bed (my fault) but instead of putting the book on the side draw, they made the bed and left the book in between the sheets? Also instead of taking the dirty cloths from the kitchen, the cleaners thought it was OK to leave them in the corner of the bathroom. Positives - there was 1 nice lady there who did her best to help me because she was so embarrassed and the beds were comfortable. 6 of our rooms were close by with 1 room on the other side of the facility. We paid $5,660.00 to stay there - for the loss and inconvenience they gave us $300 back - pretty piss poor! Our campaign was at a loss for staying there. It was not the best experience and we definitely will not ever be coming back, nor will we recommend this facility to anyone. Drive an extra 5 minutes up the road and stay elsewhere.

  Great venue and good spot for an afternoon beer while exhausting the kids but very average food. Best eat before you go!

  No view. Ants everywhere and even got into my luggage. A water pocket on the wall that actually burst when I touched it. Bed was comfy. Great restaurant close by

  Very nice room. Bed extremely comfortable with nice sheets and pillows and bathroom shower was very distinct open style with outstanding water pressure and great towels. This room was a complete bargain for the price I paid. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
